Better than ice cream

After a long day at work and Gold’s stories, we decided to finally try this new dessert shop at Greenbelt 5. =)
while waiting for our order
What’s better than ice cream? GELATO from GELATISSIMO… =)
According to Gelatissimo, its yummy dessert can be distinguished from ice cream by the amount of air added when churned and its fat content. Â They say traditional ice cream contains over 18% fat and up to 70% air content whereas gelato has under 10% fat and 25% air content.

spilled like milk 
Gelato is awesome, but oh so expensive here in the States. I think I usually go for frozen yogurt, though that’s pretty expensive too
